The road to this scenic site is very sandy, but worth it. Be
sure you let people know where you are going, and when you will be
back. There are no services at Sid & Charley, so take lots of
water, and the necessary supplies if you are going for a long stay
in the desert.
Directions: Turn left from the Molen Cutoff Road. You
will see the red ledges on the left hand side of the road.
About 200 yards you will reach a fenced gate. You can open the
gate, but be sure that you close it behind you. After a few
more miles you will reach another gate. You can pas through
this gate as well, but close it behind you. Sid & Charley will
be on the left of the road, and you will see it a few miles past the
second gate.
